Transportation: We Will be offering transportation from South Florida. More Details will be announced closer to the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by Thursday, April 29 will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after will not be refunded with the exception of any cancellations made due to a positive COVID test or COVID exposure.
COVID Requirements:
Due to concerns regarding COVID-19 the following protocol have been put in place:
- Rapid testing – we request that all Sunday Orlando trip participants take a rapid test on Friday, April 30 and send results to pearl@ncsy.org. (For a list of testing site options, please visit https://
floridahealthcovid19.gov/ testing-sites/) - Masks are to be worn at all times, including during transportation.
- Social distancing guidelines are to be observed during all portions of the program.
- The NCSY COVID waiver is submitted (if you have already submitted for past programs, you won’t need to submit again.)
- The program screening form should be completed on Saturday Night, May 1, however we ask that you review the questions now, and notify us asap if any circumstances that may prevent participation at the event occur prior to the event.
