Rabbi Joey Hamaoui is the NE Florida Director of NCSY and JSU. With over a decade of experience working with Jewish youth programming he brings a passion for Judaism and inspiring the future. Rabbi Joey and his wife Ariella have four young boys of their own and you can get to know them at the Hamaoui shabbat table as their doors are always open and their home has become a second home for many community teens. Rabbi Joey leads the weekly EMTZA Learning and More, JSU After Dark and NCSY Chaburah programs. In addition, there are various social events for middle and high school students throughout the year as well as Shabbatons and volunteer activities.
