COST

There will be an EARLY BIRD window from 1/13- 1/20 in which cost will be $229 per person.

Regular Price starting 1/21 is $279. (The actual event cost is $600 per person however NCSY and JSU are able to offer these subsidized prices through the generosity of our donors). There will be an additional transportation fee of $50 for any participants north of Palm Beach County. Those requiring flights to the Shabbaton will be responsible for the flight cost. We can help facilitate booking flights. Please be in touch with your chapter directors.

PAYMENT POLICY: Full Early Bird deposit must be submitted by 1/21. Any Early Bird registrations that are not fully paid by 1/21 will be raised to a regular priced ticket.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made by 2/17 will be fully refunded. Cancellations made after 2/18 will be eligible for a 50% credit for a future event. Cancellations made from 3/3- 3/17 will be eligible for a 25% credit. After 3/18, no refunds or credit will be given.

Transportation Policy:

Anyone planning on leaving the Shabbaton early (either Saturday night after Shabbat or Sunday morning before Seaworld) must plan their own transportation and must provide appropriate parental consent. Southern NCSY/JSU will not be responsible for providing transportation to anyone who is planning on leaving the Shabbaton early.
Parking is available at an offsite location across the street from the Marco Polo Resort for $30 a day. Southern NCSY/JSU will not be covering valet or parking charges. We highly encourage anyone who is not local to the area to take the buses we provide. Teens will not be allowed to drive to Seaworld. We will also not be returning to the hotel after Seaworld on Sunday so anyone who drives to the hotel will have to figure out how to retrieve their cars from the hotel.
Safety guidelines indicate that teens can not drive other teens to or from the Shabbaton without parental consent from both teens' parents.
Southern NCSY/JSU does not allow any teens to join the Shabbaton on Shabbat or drive home during Shabbat.

POLICY REGARDING LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

By joining the Shabbaton, you agree that the Orthodox Union and NCSY/JSU assumes NO responsibility for, and shall not be responsible or liable for, loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and/or any personal items over the course of the Shabbaton, including without limitation, on the bus, at the hotel or any activity venue. You understand that you should NOT bring with you expensive items, items of high sentimental or meaningful value, or items that cannot be replaced.
